DESCRIPTION:
Aucuba Japonica is an evergreen shrub that grows 6 to 10 feet.
tall with colorful, green and yellow-gold leaves as much as 8 inches long.
The flowers aren’t particularly ornamental, but attractive red berries replace
them in the fall if a male plant grows nearby. The flowers and fruit often hide
behind the foliage.
A true collector's gem suited for the shadiest of gardens, this handsome
shrub's lustrous, colorfully variegated foliage will brighten dim spaces.
Perfect for foundation plantings, woodland gardens or low hedging.
A fantastic container accent for covered patios or well-lit indoor spaces.
The ideal soil is moist with a high organic content, but the plants tolerate
most any soil, including heavy clay, as long as it is well drained.

Before placing an order for bulk mulch, soil, or compost delivery, please carefully review the following guidelines:
- A minimum order of 3 yards is required.
- Split loads are available, provided orders meet the 3-yard minimum requirement. However, combining more than two bulk products is not allowed. Split loads are subject to vehicle weight restrictions and must be delivered to the same location. For assistance with a split delivery, please contact office@5-rock.com.
- Orders exceeding vehicle weight capacity will require a separate order. The maximum vehicle capacity is 10 yards for most mulches and 5 yards for soil or compost.
- Homeowner presence is not mandatory. However, the drop location must be clearly marked (e.g., tarp on the driveway, stake with flagging) and accessible.
- Delivery fees are determined by the Mile of the delivery address and are non-negotiable.
- Cinco Rock will only use established driveways and roads; drivers will not traverse lawns. Delivery may be refused if the driver feels unsafe due to incline, surface integrity, or overhead obstructions.
- Indicate your desired product dumping location with a tarp, flagged stake, or a clear marker. Check for obstructions like overhead branches, power lines, and roof overhangs.
- A valid email address is required and will serve as the primary communication method for order status.
- While we strive to adhere to schedules, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors such as stock availability, extreme weather, employee absences, or vehicle breakdowns. In such rare cases, we will contact you via email or phone to reschedule.
- Cinco Rock provides delivery services from Monday through Saturday and operates on a flexible schedule. Cinco Rock cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please monitor the email provided at checkout for timely updates on your order status.
